This session will discuss how technology leaders can find and cultivate other technology leaders from among school staff. There are often school staff who are great with technology but are not technology leaders by title; finding these individuals and making them your allies can aid in finding new technologies to use, aid in rolling out new inititatives, and keeping a pulse on technology use within your school.
I have been a Director of Technology for over 20 years and have seen some amazing changes in educational technology! My passion is technology leadership.
